         On October 22, 2014 Judge James Clark of the City of Alexandria went too far.  That Jailing Janice Wolk Grenadier for 30 days for illegal legal fees that showed more calls to Judge’s Chambers than to the client, for financial personal gain (at the minimum keeping the Old Boys Network happy ie. keeping his job as he was put in his job with the support of and help of Judge Donald Haddock, the Old Boys Network and the lawyers he was helping to collect CASH).  That what was not expected Janice would learn the law and sneak documents out of jail and on November 12, 2014 Judge Clark would be forced under the law to admit he did not have the right to and it was illegal to jail Janice for being poor and unable to pay such legal fees.  The legal fees would not have been an issue if it was not for what Judge Clark had done in denying “Due Process” – which he would state is not a defense in his court.  That on December 23, 2015 in Judge Clarks and the Judiciary’s last ditch effort to further HARM and BULLY Janice they would with a Kangaroo Court Hearing with Law Firms present DiMuroGinsberg, Parker Simon, Kokolis, LLC (Heba Girgis), TroutmanSanders aka Mays & Valentine (Fagelson was the Original Law firm whom empowered and helped Divorce Lawyer Ilona Grenadier Heckman with her thefts through her law firm, it would be Mays & Valentine aka  now Troutman Sanders, Micheal Wieser and DiMuroGinsberg now assisting with the Cover Up) give Divorce Lawyer Ilona Grenadier Heckman the appearance of the right to Foreclose on Janice’s home.  Empowering Ilona Grenadier further in a MASSIVE COVER UP of Ilona STEALING out of her Law Firm: first from Sonia Grenadier the mother of Judge Albert Grenadier from the day he died March 1985 till recently, using manipulation, lying and stealing from Janice Wolk Grenadier from December of 1986 through today.

The Dark Side of Animal Control in Virginia

Government Officials Profiting from Animal Seizures?

    In the rolling hills of Fauquier county, on a beautiful spring evening, a young man returns to his farm after a long day’s work.  He starts down his  long winding driveway.  As he approaches his front door, something seems terribly wrong~ the house seems to have been burglarized.  His heart is racing as he enters the house… His home has been rifled through, drawers pulled out, belongings scattered in disarray.  “Burglars!” he gasps in disbelief.   All of a sudden he stares at the empty spaces where his pets have been.  Gone.  All disappeared, most never to be seen again.  Hand-raised cockatoos, his dogs, cats, $3000 custom bird cage.  Outside, he notices in horror that his pair of white peacocks are gone.  His horses also disappeared.

    This was not a bad dream, but a living nightmare that actually happened in Fauquier County where animals are like a second religion; horse events and hound sporting traditions are revered.  This was an example of the handiwork of rogue Humane Investigator Hilleary Bogley and Animal Control.  Can this happen, you ask?  Yes, it can.  It appears she actually trespassed onto his property in order to get “probable cause”, or to get a search and seizure warrant for the next step of her vile plan to abscond with his beloved pets.  This court case was dismissed due to a finding of illegal search and seizure, but the unsuspecting owner faced an abandonment charge when Bogley hid his horses, refusing to divulge the location to his lawyer, then charged him $15,000 in care costs which were not ordered by the court.  With the original court order to have his  horses be returned, Bogley was essentially extorting money from the owner, and should have been charged with contempt of court. Sound like harassment?   She then came back by way of the Commonwealth Attorney who charged him with abandonment.  The general district court judge found the owner guilty of abandoning the very horses which he himself had ordered returned to the owner!   Then, the judge ordered a $25,000 care bond paid by cash, in order to appeal to the circuit court, who also ruled against the owner.  By that time, the owner and his lawyer appealed to the Court of Appeals, and literally at the last hour, the Circuit court judge slapped another $25,000 care bond on him, to no avail. The Court of Appeals allegedly refused to hear the case, and the owner lost his horses and his $25,000.  It seems that Bogley may have gotten her care costs and a bonus, after all.

    It seems like the M.O. is to siphon off as much money as possible from the animal owner to bankrupt him, keep firing criminal charges to keep him at bay, so they have the animals and the cash.  The animals were in good shape, but Bogley didn’t think so, or at least, she tried to make the situation look bad.

    The most recent controversy is the impounding of a show breeder’s entire kennel of Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, including mothers with nursing puppies. Despite a notice of compliance given with three dogs that “needed veterinary visits,” a few days later,  Bogley directed the entire kennel of spaniels worth over $200,000 to be grabbed suddenly and without warning, taken under threat of armed force with multiple gun-toting sheriff’s deputies trampling through the owner’s house.  They curiously they left behind several cats and another dog which were not valuable, yet were living in the same household.  All the spaniels were given possession to Bogley’s Middleburg Humane Foundation by Judge Gregory Ashwell, whose son is on the board of the SPCA , and didn’t recuse himself from hearing the case.  The SPCA was given half the dogs as a “spillover.”  The owner has appealed the case and has sued Bogley and others in Federal Court for damages relating to numerous violations of federal law, including civil conspiracy, RICO, and slander of title.

    This is a dangerous trend across America in animal humane investigations that smacks of  “the pot calling the kettle black.”  False accusations of animal neglect are rampant and they are cleverly disguised as legitimate actions by animal control agencies.  It is very easy to falsify accusations of “neglect.” These quickly turn into threats of criminal prosecution, both of which are being used as a tool to deprive people of their property and God-given constitutional rights as American citizens, often enriching the coffers of the private entities working with local government officials. Reportedly the HSUS is often involved behind the scenes in many “raids.”

    That blackness seems to surround Marshall, Virginia resident Hilleary Bogley.   She has been a subject of controversy as being heavy handed in her role as Fauquier and Culpeper County Humane Investigator.   Why, you ask?  She must be doing a good job, she has a Humane Foundation.  Saving little Fluffy from abuse, everyone wants that, right?

    The problem is that she has an official government position as Humane Investigator who has the power and authority to issue warrants and seize any animal she sees fit to take, or simply wants.  She is also founder and director of a “non-profit” shelter.  She should not, ethically or legally, be allowed to profit from her exploits.  But, local judges invariably grant custody of the animals she seizes to her own Middleburg Humane Foundation.  And not all of these animals are neglected and abused. Many of the animals she targets are healthy, marketable, and valuable. From a rational person’s perspective, isn’t this a dangerous conflict of interest? 

    Serious allegations have been made about her questionable tactics in procuring “abused pets.” There have been reports that she has defied court orders to return animals.  Others lament that huge financial cash “board”  bonds are often required by the local court which prevent most people from getting back their animals, thereby forfeiting them with no recourse. This type of bond is questionable as to its legality as it directly is in violation with Federal law and previous case law.  Bogley reportedly threatens owners with “making their life difficult” if they don’t capitulate to her demands, such as signing documents which are not legally required or pressuring owners into giving up their pets.

   People are saying that Bogley’s position as Humane Investigator is prone to being used as a means of enriching the non-government organization she controls.  Her salary from the Foundation is reportedly close to $70,000.  Reportedly her foundation is raising money to build a very expensive million dollar plus building at her Marshall property.  Online advertisements of animals for adoption or “pending court cases” have been distributed by her cohorts to solicit cash donations via PayPal and supplies.  The dogs were ready to go to “foster homes” within days of being taken.  Does this raise any red flags?  You mean the dogs didn’t have to be rehabilitated first?  These animals bring lots of money in donations and adoption fees.

    The Code of Virginia Section 3.2-6557 states:  No animal control officer, humane investigator, humane society or custodian of any pound or animal shelter shall: (i) obtain the release or transfer of an animal by the animal’s owner to such animal control officer, humane investigator, humane society or custodian for personal gain; Violation of this statute is a crime, a class one misdemeanor which can bring sanctions of not more than 12 months in jail ; a fine of not more than $2500, either, or both; a Humane Investigator’s state license may also be revoked as a result of being convicted. 

     The Fauquier County County Court and Commonwealth Attorney’s office have deliberately ignored Virginia Code § 3.2-6557 in several cases, including a recent million dollar slander lawsuit against Bogley which was dismissed by Judge Parker, as she had “immunity.”  Judge Ashwell ignored addressing this code violation in writing, when a owner’s attorney argued that Ashwell’s gift of a quarter of a million dollar’s worth of pedigreed spaniels to Bogley’s Middleburg Foundation was illegal.  Senior Assistant Commonwealth Attorney Russell Rabb responded that Bogley should not be found in violation because she could lose her license and be sanctioned.  That statement comes from the highest law enforcement office in Fauquier county whose purpose is to uphold the laws?  Rabb is actually saying, “Well, let’s disregard that law, so we can just keep the status quo.”

    Incredibly, the local judiciary all seem to be oblivious to the serious danger her conflict of interest is posing to the community at large.

    Formal complaints have been made to the FBI concerning her exploits in Fauquier county as recently as this month.  State officials, some of whom have reportedly contacted Commonwealth Attorney James Fisher, seem very concerned about her tactics and the flagrant conflict of interest.

    Why does the local government continue to condone this behavior?  Why do the state officials not lower the boom on what is a huge civil, and perhaps criminal liability to the government?

     It is time for people to educate themselves on their God-given constitutional rights and to critically examine their state laws, especially the ever encroaching “animal welfare” laws in Virginia, many of which are in direct conflict with U.S. Constitutional law.  And it is imperative to stand up for one’s rights against abuse of power in government.  The government is there to serve the people, not to be tyrants of the people.

              Pete Scamardo  in  1968  hired a hit man Charles Harrelson to kill his child hood friend Sam Delegia Jr, which brings the question was the idea of how to get rid of your spouse / or other  brought to the Old Boys Network in the 70’s by Pete Scamardo as the hits known begain in or around 1984 with Dr. Rixsey.  That by the 1990’s in two Commercial / Land Development Association known Nationwide with headquarters in  the City of Alexandria  Pete Scamardo was President, Chairman on the boards as an active citizen – hiding his true idenity and past criminal history from the locals.  This started to unravel, to be exposed through the divorce of his daughter to Chris Mackney who would take his own life in December of 2013 from the bullying of Pete Scamardo, his attorneys whom he paid hansomly and Judge Bellows who today is the Judge for Charles Severance.   That Judge Bellows by all apperance in the news and record has disallowed any negative information or truth on the spouses / third parties or issues the victims may have been having with others prior to opening their front doors in the City of Alexandria and being MURDERED.

           That where Janice Wolk Grenadier live’s in a circle around Janice  there have been 5 known hits – Dr. Rixsey, John Doe, Nancy Dunning ( which you will read came to Janice’s  home twice to check on Janice,  now believed Nancy knew more and was from what Nancy said afraid of what could happen and maybe knew what was going to happen to her)  Ron Kirby and Ruth Ann Lodato.  That all five have strong connections to the Old Boys Network.

July 1. 1984 Who shot Dr. Robert Rixse.  We know who hired the killer – the boyfriend of his x-wife. But what is the evidence of who shot him?  Did the bullets that killed Dr. Rixse in 1984 match the bullets of Nancy Dunning and others?  Where they tested?  The story the police released was the murderer with no evidence was a man floating in the Potomac dead whom had Mafia ties.  Easy for the City of Alexandria police and the FBI as they consider this murder solved.

We then have unknown date and name of John Doe we will call him who opened his door in the City of Alexandria, also connected to the Old Boys Network and Murdered, whom has received no real press that can be found.

Then on or around September 3rd of  1997 that on an unexpected cab  ride to the airport as Janice’s  x-husband David Grenadier (son of the late Judge Albert Grenadier and step-son of Divorce Lawyer Ilona Ely Freedman Grenadier Heckman of Greanadier Anderson Starace Duffett and Kieser) as he was suppose to take Janice to the airport and was late, Janice was outside waiting and not in her  home.  Janice’s x-hsuband as Janice had called him to find out where he was – started yelling at her and saying a cab was on the way.  Janice can persume now his disappointment the money it appears  he and Ilona spent to have Janice killed has come back to haunt them.  When Janice got in the cab and the driver could hear David yelling he said to Janice hang up the phone,  hang up the phone if you don’t hang up the phone I will pull over and hang it up for you.  Janice hung up the phone, the driver than said we can take care of that for $5,000.00 – you don’t have it – then $2,000 we can work it out.  Janice was handed a phone number, Janice tossed it in the trash can thinking it had been a set up – Janice now believes with out question it was to be a hit and today she was to be dead.  Janice has never been questioned by the City of Alexandria Police or the FBI even though she has reached out several times with her information.  That in February / March of 1998  Nancy Dunning who would open her front door in 2003 came to Janice on different occations to check on her safty.  The question know arrises was she aware of the outcome that was meant for Janice in September of 1997.

November 1997 That Lawyer Ilona in collusion with David Grenadier, Andrea Grenadier, Robin Grenadier passed a rumor around that caused David Grenadier to pull a gun in the home with Janice’s girls in the home.

February 2003 the Suicide of Megan Owen Barry wife of Fairfax County Sheriff Stan G. Barry – The Washington Post reported that at 12:30 am Sheriff Barry had stepped out and when he came back his wife had committed suicide.  The Blue Wall calls this a Murder, but of course no investigation.

December 2003 the Murder of Nancy Dunning wife of City of Alexandria Sheriff James Dunning – never questioned “oops” say the Police when Dunning dies in South Carolina a few days after Janice Wolk Grenadier goes on the radio and questions the investigation or lack of investigation into the Murder.

March of 2011 – City of Alexandria police, Fire and Ambulance come to the home of Janice Wolk Grenadier while she is on travel – she is supposedly “DEAD”  in the home?  There is no record of this in the City of Alexandria.  Two neighbors have confirmed this with Janice and the one who convinced the police to not hack down her door but to allow him to open it with the key he had.  It was not till June of 2011 when Janice’s neighbor shared this with her she became aware of it.  When researched there is no record yet two other neighbors have confirmed this.

November of 2013 the Murder of Ron Kirby

December of 2013 – Ilona Grenadier Heckman and Presidential Candidate Loretta Lax Miller do a “HATE OF CATHOLICS, CHRISTIONS et al” Blog – jwgrenadierisalair.blogspot.com taken down while Janice is in jail.

Public corruption could also include public employees who take something of value for their own personal gain, thereby violating the public's trust."    The FBI says many of their investigations into public corruption start once they receive a tip from someone. If you want to help identify potential criminal activity, the Washington Field Office has set up a Northern Virginia Public Corruption Hotline at 703-686-6225 and you can also e-mail them at NOVAPC@ic.fbi.gov.

Some of the examples of corruption include:

⦁ Government officials such as DMV employees, city inspectors, taxing or zoning assessors or other regulatory agency employees, or even town councils or mayors;
⦁ Contracting officials at all levels, including those who manage government contracts or regulatory permits; or, school resource officers who manage school accounts;
⦁ Local officials colluding with real estate investors to rig the bidding process at foreclosure auctions;
⦁ A person representing the judicial branch - a judge, member of the jury or court personnel; or,
⦁ A person representing law enforcement, who steals drugs from criminals, embezzles government funds, falsifies records or smuggles contraband

December 31, 2014 Chief Justice Cynthia Kinser with no explanation to retire early (January 31, 2022 – expiration of her appointment) The Appeals Court of the State of Virginia had denied Michael Gardner’s appeal / release – Cynthia Kinser let him out of jail by all appearance for the Old Boys Network, to hire a hit man to kill the young women he had molested prior to his re-trail.  She will receive her pension and perks for cooperating and doing the bidding of the Old Boys Network for all her years.

January 23, 2015 - The Virginia Republican Party wants the U.S. Senate to investigate whether Democratic Sen. Mark Warner violated federal law when he discussed possible job opportunities for a former state senator’s daughter.  GOP Party Chairman Pat Mullins sent a letter Friday to the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Ethics asking it to investigate Warner. He was part of a group of Democrats that tried unsuccessfully to prevent former state Sen. Phil Puckett from resigning last summer.  Puckett’s resignation gave Republicans control of the state Senate. Warner has acknowledged he “brainstormed” with Puckett’s son about possible job opportunities for Puckett’s daughter but did not make any explicit job offers. Federal prosecutors indicated in December their investigation into Puckett’s resignation was closed, they would Ignore the criminal actions.  That Janice Wolk Grenadier has followed up with a complaint to the Ethics Committee by all appearance along with the Judiciary are ignoring these facts, Murder / Suicides et al.

September 2015  Janice Intervenes in the Michael Gardner case – Michael Gardner takes a plea.  The Old Boys Network cannot afford two Murder for Hire case’s going at the same time.  The question should be for all – What is the back room deal the Old Boys Network made with Michael Gardner for the plea and his silence.

On or around October 3, 2015 we come full circle Charles Severance will be tried for the Murders of Nancy Dunning, Ron Kirby and Ruth Ann Lodato with a police office having told Janice they had no real evidence that supports him doing it, that the City of Alexandria was in the process of creating the needed evidence to support a conviction. That Judge Bellows who assisted Pete Scamado’s Murder / Suicide of Chris Mackney will preside over the Charles Severance trial.  That Judge Bellows understands and will disallow evidence that may find Charles Severance innocent is without question, he has shown this in his pre-trial Orders.  That Judge Bellows brings a Bias in support of Murder / Suicide into the courtroom cannot be denied after reading “Bullied to Death”.  That Judge Bellows is no different than the Judge’s that have ruled in Bias, Retribution, Retaliation with the knowledgeable intend to ignore the law and to protect the criminal acts of David Grenadier and Ilona Ely Grenadier Heckman are obvious in all documents and Orders filed in the courts.  That Chris Mackney, Charles Severance and Janice Wolk Grenadier and MANY OTHERS have in common is the Old Boys Network has made it there mission to kill or ruin there lives to protect one of there owns criminal actions.

No doubt the Murderer needs to be stopped, yet the person who paid him to kill the above should be held accountable – No one will out the Murderer for hire – because for free he will take that person out.  It is the belief of Janice he does not kill if he has met you – and talked to you – He kills anonymous only, because if he didn’t Janice believes he would have killed her by now, but, that she has met him and he has spared her, as Mark Stuart did.

The “Old Boys Network” is an evil Gang of men and few women with no sole.  They consist of the POWERFUL and WEALTHY of the Judiciary, the Government and Elected Officials in Virginia and the District of Columbia.  They believe they are above the law, and the truth supposedly your best defense does not exist around them, that they are no more then a bunch of low life bully’s with money, and no class.  The leaders in this “Gang” are Judge Donald Haddock and Judge Donald Kent at least in the case of Janice Wolk Grenadier.  In the case of Chris Mackney it was Judge Bellows, who has now overlapped into Janice’s with the cover up of the hits and the trial of Charles Severance.  That the following law firms have dirty hands in collusion of these actors: Grenadier Anderson Starace Duffett and Kieser, Keller Heckman, DiMuroGinsberg, Troutman Sanders aka Mays & Valentine, BWW Law Group aka Bierman Geesling Ward and Wood, Parker Simon & Kokolis LLC,  and other’s that are known and unknown.

Aliotta, in the Appellate Term hiding?  Why won’t Judge Aliotta give certified photocopies of Radin’s 11-26-14 Order to Show Cause already submitted to, then, U.S. Attorney Loretta Lynch, the federal prosecutor in Brooklyn, New York, showing constitutional violations.  Why is Judge Aliotta hiding the fact that, NOW,  U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch helped unlawfully evict a physically-disabled, single woman from a rent-stabilized apartment after she had established succession rights lawfully ?  Why is Judge Aliotta covering up Loretta Lynch’s dramatic reversal of established Democratic Party policies in the run-up to a presidential election ?  What is U.S. Senator Charles Grassley doing about this ?  U.S. Senator Charles Schumer tried to have Radin arrested unlawfully during the lunch break, during Lynch’s Senate Judiciary Committee hearing in Washington D.C., earlier this year,  is Judge Thompson covering-up for Schumer’s unlawful conduct ?

It is absurd that Judge Thompson claimed that Radin’s request for a subpoena to obtain her records from her personal injury lawyer that speak to her spinal injuries is “ over-reaching”  !  What is her lawyer hiding ?

Brief summary:

New York City sleaze lawyer Myron Altschuler & his firm, Borah, Goldstein, Altschuler, Nahins & Goidel,  (tel: 212-965-2660)LIED  in Brooklyn court to illegally evict Lidya Radin in 2014/2015.

Lidya Radin has spinal injuries, is trying to avoid surgery, and was a legal roommate of an elderly lady, a Jehovah’s Witness, in a rent-stabilized apartment in Brooklyn, New York.  From 2011 to 2013, Radin   won  two Orders to Show Cause to stop two unlawful eviction attempts by the greedy landlords and their sleaze law firm against the little, old lady, Ms. Piovanetti.  Driven by insatiable greed, the landlords try to drive out legal tenants of rent-stabilized apartments, to dramatically raise rents.  They target little, old ladies in a business model, as easy prey.

In 2014, the landlords and their sleaze law firm tried a third unlawful eviction, claiming in their 2014 petition that they did not know who Lidya Radin was, or how she came to live in the apartment.  In fact, their sworn statements are directly contradicted by their sworn statements in the past, in the two Orders to Show Cause that Radin won in 2012 and 2013,for example. Notably, in sworn statements the landlords’ attorneys made in 2013, they showed that they knew Radin was a legal roommate pursuant to NY Real Property law section 235f: unlawful restrictions on occupancy a.k.a. New York’s roommate law ( does not require the consent of the landlord ) and that Radin had lawfully establish succession rights, should she choose to exercise them.

In February 2015, in retaliation, the landlords executed a unlawful eviction, based on an intentional  false court record, broke into Radin’s apartment with a warrant for eviction that was erroneous on its face ( didn’t even have Radin’s correct name on it ), and seized her property, including a medical device that Radin needs to use to treat her spinal injuries.

Now, in July 2015, the sleaze moving company the landlords’ hired, are trying to unlawfully auction off  Radin’s property; property they stole !

Radin got an Emergency Restraining Order to stop the auction, in the Bronx, where the moving and storage company has the warehouse where Radin’s property was taken, unlawfully.

Radin requested subpoenas to bring the records from Brooklyn to the Bronx, so that Judge Kenneth L. Thompson, Jr., could make an informed decision, and he refused to sign them, claiming that they were  “over-reaching ”  !   This is absurd.

It is absurd that Judge Thompson claimed that Radin’s request for a subpoena to obtain her records from her personal injury lawyer that speak to her spinal injuries is “ over-reaching”  !  What is her lawyer hiding ?  What is in those records that her dishonest personal injury lawyer and the State of New York do not want anyone to see ?

Please make these phone calls, and help Lidya Radin, the only Pro Se litigant in over 21 years to ask for subpoenas in the Bronx Supreme court, and help establish a precedent that will help all Pro Se litigants that come after Radin fight corruption in our courts.
